Would love one of your freebies, don’t know which they are. Especially love your women swimmers! So cool
Hi I just wanted to say how much I love your linocuts. I saw them on art finder. I live in Whitchurch (the north Shropshire one) and I think some iconic Whitchurch scenes would do well here if ever you fancied doing some in this neck of the woods. I particularly love the three tuns linocut, but there are loads I think are just fabulous. I could put you in touch with some Whitchurch businesses that could potentially be interested. Well done and best wishes x
Hi
I am looking at day courses in drypoint and chine colet.
Do you do any?
Cheers
Barbara

Hello,
We met you at your open studio event and you were kind enough to give me some
information the pins you were using to register your lino plates and also about a
possible lithography course near here. I wrote all of this down on the back of your
card - but somehow seem to have lost it! Would you mind telling me again?
I would also be interested in any future courses at your studio.
Thank you again - we all enjoyed open studios and my little boy was very excited
by your printing demonstration.
All the best, Kirsty
Hi there,
i am wondering if you would consider exhibiting some prints with us for a retail shop. We would display for approx 12 weeks and take 50% commission on sales.
Let me know if this is of interest
Many thanks
Sandra
Beautiful work! Can you briefly describe your jigsaw Linotype technique? I’m from the U S, so unfortunately can’t take a workshop with you.
Thanks Sara for your kind words..much appreciated ߘ
Your work is beautiful. I especially like the chicken etching and Lan fawr and sheep.
Hi, I will be doing my year 10 work experience in July next year. I am very interested in art and have taken the subject for my GCSE’s. I would love to talk to you about your work and maybe spend some of my work experience with you. If you would like a reference you may speak to Tara at Bishop’s Castle Library, I volunteered with her all through the summer holidays and more recently at the Halloween party. I hope you will be able to get back to me. Thank you. :) Best Wishes, Chiara

Hi Dru,
I’ve just been looking at ‘Textiles Now’; it’s a great collection of textiles artists, very inspirational, thank-you. I’m transferring into Level 2 Surface Design at LCC this coming academic year and very much looking forward to it! I have a strong interest in writing as well as textiles and would love to have a book like yours published in the future.
Warm Regards,
Yemzi
Hi Beth
Apologies for late reply.
Re surface design - look at short courses at the Universityof the Arts, London or City Lit - they may help. Alternatively check out this site http://www.alexrussell.com/index.html
- a textile designer with a very comprehensive website that has lots of hints and tips - do spend some time reading them and then just go for it!
Best wishes
Dru
Hi. I love your book. I’m an American children’s book illustrator who dreams about designing fabric. I’m trying to figure out a way to take a break from books and do some classes in surface design. Can you recommend any short-term programs in London or New England?
